SUMMER SEASON 2017 FIXTURES NOW ONLINE
Our new summer season begins sunday 7th May and fixtures and tables are now uploaded. A warm welcome to David Lloyd Newbury and Douai Park joining our summer leagues for first time.
Annual subscriptions per club is £10 and includes an automatic entry into our summer handicap tournament the YORKSHIRE CUP with first round taking place wednesday 3rd May 2017. In addition the cost of each individual team entry into our summer leagues is £7 per team. The two new clubs also need to pay their one off £25 security deposit refundable should they leave the league without misdemeanours. Each club administrator can log in to see how much is due and details of where to send the monies to.
The entry process is done on line by your club's administrator for our leagues, using their unique login credentials allowing them to enter teams, advise each teams' preferred home night and assign a captain to each team with contact details for each of them. Please contact the fixtures secretary if your club wishes to update contact details for its administrator or indeed assign a new administrator to look after the new summer season.
Administrators need to register on line their nominated players for all teams except their bottom team in each league.
Administators can also change or amend captain details for any of their teams.
NEW SOCIAL FIXTURES
At last AGM it was agreed that we would seek to facilitate clubs organising social friendly fixtures against each other with the hope of involving players with little or no experience of playing matches. The intention is to gather potential liaisons from clubs wishing to participate and for the league to suggest potential fixture dates but leaving it to each club hosting how the fixture would be organised. The intention is to offer a friendly welcome to players from other clubs and to encourage interaction at a level not normally reached within our leagues. If you club is interested in this initiative please let our fixture secretary know.
